Our Websters range of shoes and bespoke insoles are made especially for you but you shouldn't have to wait longer than 28 days for any order - if you have ordered multiple items, these will be posted at the same time unless there is a significant difference between the estimated postage dates for your products (more than 14 days). But don't worry, the postage is always free!
Socks, ready-to-wear insoles and some other products are typically ready to despatch the same day (if the order is received before 2pm) or the following day (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays).
We aim to despatch all complete orders within 24 hours of your shoes being manufactured (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery to your door can take up to a 28 days from the date of despatch.
Please note - The next working day delivery service is not available to customers in the USA.
If, for any reason, you need to exchange or request a refund then return the shoes to us following the instructions sent with your product(s). All we ask is that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, within 90 days of your order. We recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage in case your package gets lost in the post.
Websters is unable to offer any refund on bespoke shoes due to the custom-made nature of the products.
We regret that we are currently unable to provide free returns postage from products delivered to the USA. We are happy to organise an exchange with free delivery back to you but we cannot reimburse you for postage costs incurred in sending products back to us (standard return shipping from the US is around $10).

No, Websters will pay customs duties for your shoes. It is unlikely but you may have to pay import duties or sales taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches the USA. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance, however, in the event that you do incur US import duties or fees, then please provide us with proof of payment and the customs paperwork to show that the charges relate to your purchase and we will gladly reimburse you.
